How is your data strategy going? Don’t know what questions to ask about your strategy to make sure it is going ok or how to improve your existent strategy? Let me provide a list of 20 questions you can go through. Write down answers and don’t skimped on them, really dig in and understand. Then, work towards solutions to those that have gaps or need improvement. Also, don’t try to do it all at once. Prioritize and be smart on it.
